All The Brittle Pieces is a work of fiction inspired by real events. It is the first in a noir thriller series that follows Caleb, a troubled, albeit well intentioned anti-hero who has made it his life’s work to save abused children who fall through the cracks of society. As the FBI pursues an investigation into his crimes, Caleb travels the nation to get these at-risk children into safe hands and has taken on a personal mission to punish the abusers with extreme prejudice. 

Once Caleb meets a young boy named Luke, however, his life begins to change. This once solitary and sullen man with a dark past is forced to begin confronting his demons while struggling with the biggest questions of his life: Can he forgo a life’s mission steeped in violence and carve out a better future? Are we all victims to the traumas of our past, or can we heal, persevere, and overcome beyond the expectations of our abusers?
